Information used by the service
EngineerReadiness stores your name, email, a password hash, email verification status, exam date, study goals, reminder preferences, practice answers, progress and group memberships. Security controls process request addresses and account identifiers to limit abusive requests.
Purpose and service providers
We use this information to provide practice sessions, show progress, secure accounts, send requested account emails and optional reminders, and manage paid access. Hosting and database providers process service data. Resend delivers emails. Stripe processes payments and invoices; the application stores payment identifiers and access status, rather than your complete card details.
Cookies and groups
Authentication uses cookies to keep you signed in and protect sign-in requests. Administrators can access account information needed to operate the service. Cohort administration includes student progress reports and CSV exports. Other students cannot view your account or progress through the group page.
Your choices and retention
You can change your goals and turn off practice reminders in Settings. Account verification and password recovery emails are separate from reminders. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of account data. Some billing and security records may need to be retained to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Retention periods and request procedures must be finalized before paid launch.
